Dana Gavish-Fridman is Head of Yazamut360, the new Entrepreneurship center of Ben Gurion University of the Negev and is also VP of Entrepreneurship at BGN Technologies, where she acts as primary liaison between the University, business partners, startups, venture capital companies, and multinationals.
Dana has extensive experience working in technology transfer, as VP Marketing of Yissum, the Technology Transfer co. of the Hebrew University, where she was responsible for overall strategic marketing and public relations, and has successfully brought early-stage scientific inventions to commercialization for local and international business partners. Her business development activities have related to technologies in the fields of chemistry, nanotechnology and physics.
Prior to entering the tech field, she spent seven years as a producer at Israel’s Channel 2 television news, Associated Press Television, and Fox News. She holds a B.A. in political science and literature, and an Executive MBA in integrative management.
